Registered Land: The New Law

The Land Registration Act 2002 introduces some of the most radical changes to land law and conveyancing since 1925. In the words of the Law Commission, its ultimate aim is to make ""the buying and selling of land simpler, quicker, cheaper, and less stressful"".
