The book describes in a first part the general legal and tax framework of VC Investments on the target as well as on the fund level in the major VC markets worldwide. In a second part the major standard terms of a VC investment and their usual application in each jurisdiction, favoring either investors or founders, are explained with the aim of the formation of a uniform term sheet for international use.
