The new edition of the Unidroit Principles , reviewed by a group of experts from around the world made up of representatives of many international organizations and arbitration centre, was officially adopted by the Board of Directors in the spring of 2016.
The principles of UNIDROIT contain new provisions and comments and Illustrations relating to the specific requirements of the contracts in the long term, in addition to changes and an update of the comments and existing Illustrations.
