Contemporary Issues in International Arbitration and Mediation - The Fordham Papers 2009 is the third annual volume of papers on international arbitration and mediation written by leading figures in the field who spoke at the 2009 Fordham Law School Conference on International Arbitration, held at Fordham in New York City on June 15-16, 2009.
