In January 2010 Lord Justice Jackson published his review of the Civil Litigation Costs. Now that the Civil Justice Reforms are in place the following titles may be of interest.
In May there will be a cumulative supplement to the White Book that will covers the amendments made to the CPR introduced by the Civil Procedure (Amendment no.3) Rules 2013 (SI 2013/789).
This supplement also incorporates the changes introduced by Civil Procedure (Amendment no.2) Rules 2013 (SI 2013/515) and CPR Update 61 that featured in the March Special Supplement as an Addendum, plus all other contents of the Special Supplement.
