The Registered Land Handbook is an expanded and updated edition of the popular Registered Land - The New Law, which provided a detailed analysis of the new Act. The Registered Land Handbook, due to be published around the time of implementation of the Act, will provide an authoritative account of the law and practice relating to the new regime for land registration, and will include examples of how the law will operate in practice.
The main changes under the new regime will be explained in detail including: * implications for conveyancing practice * framework for e-conveyancing * protection of third party rights * overriding interests * charges * adverse possession. The full text of the Act together with the new Rules will be included in full to provide a single comprehensive source for all land registration matters.
