As eBooks are supplied firm sale and cannot be returned it is important to understand the format of the eBook you are purchasing.
Most eBooks are supplied in ePub or PDF format and will be protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM). Due to the DRM on these eBooks you will need to authorise your device with an Adobe password. If you are not registered with Adobe it only takes 2 minutes and you only need to do it once.
