Shipping Charges & Tracking Parcels

Items in stock are normally dispatched, the same, or by the following working day, and the Bookshop is able to process orders from 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

UK Delivery

• NEW: From May 1st, 2011 all books despatched to a UK address are post free.

• Books will be shipped 1st Class if under 2.5 kilos, or by Crossflight/DHL if over.

Overseas Delivery

• Wildy’s postage rates are extremely competitive, and in most cases this could make the overall cost of your order less expensive than using one of our competitors, even if they are offering a books discount. If in doubt ask, please ask for a quote on our checkout page and compare.

• Overseas orders are normally sent by Crossflight and the price is subject to weight and, if requested, the cost will be e-mailed before despatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please note that when ordering from Wildy.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to ‘Import Taxes’, ‘Customs Duties’ or a ‘Goods & Service Tax’ levied by the destination country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient and we have no control over these charges and are unable to say in advance if such charges will be made. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and details can be obtained from the local Customs Office.

• Europe: Zone A – Belgium, Ireland & Netherlands. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days.
  • 0.5kg – £14.60, 1kg – £17.30, 2.5kg – £19.60, 5kg – £23.10

• Europe: Zone B – France & Germany. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days.
  • 0.5kg – £15.20, 1kg – £17.80, 2.5kg – £21.50, 5kg – £26.90

• Europe: Zone D – Hungary & Poland. Delivery is usually within 3 working days
  • 0.5kg – £16.65, 1kg – £19.75, 2.5kg – £24.70, 5 kg – £32.30

• Rest of World: Zone E – The U.S.A. Delivery is usually within 3 working days.
  • 0.5kg – £14.60, 1kg – £16.45, 2.5kg – £20.30, 5kg – £30.75

• Rest of World: Zone F – Canada, Gibraltar & Russia. Delivery is usually within 4 working days.
  • 0.5kg – £17.10, 1kg – £19.75, 2.5kg – £24.30, 5kg – £34.50

• Rest of World: Zone G – Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan & South Africa. Delivery is usually within 4 working days.
  • 0.5kg – £17.20, 1kg – £20.60, 2.5kg – £26.30, 5kg – £39.90

• Rest of World: Zone H – Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand & Saudi Arabia. Delivery is usually within 5-6 working days.
