This work constitutes the official Hague Conference Guide to Good Practice in dealing with Transfrontier Contact cases.The Guide is intended to link closely with the previously published Guide to Good Practice on the 1980 Hague Convention but is a stand alone volume in that it also relates to the 1996 Child Protection Convention.
