This practical handbook provides a detailed examination of arbitration law and procedure and includes the full text of the Arbitration Act 1996. Importantly, it takes account of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998, insofar as they affect arbitration proceedings. Unlike other books on arbitration, a resume of the main principles involved in international arbitration law and a section of precedents, demonstrating the theory of arbitration law in practice, are also included.
