Digital copyright is still a relatively new field, and is a potential minefield for information professionals. This book examines how copyright applies in the electronic environment. It asks whether digital content is treated differently than hard-copy material, and if so how. The second edition includes a new chapter that takes an in-depth look at digital rights management, taking account of the All Party Internet Group's findings public inquiry published in June 2006.
