The creation of equitable succession rights by a testamentary trust requires not only a knowledge of the law of trusts and wills but also knowledge of terminology used in the creation of such rights. While books on equity deal with the law relating to the creation of such rights they rarely supply specimen instruments that document the creation of such rights.
There are also books of precedents that provide the specimen instruments by which such rights may be created but they rarely supply the law relating to the creation of such rights. This new book by Albert Keating brings together both the law and precedents in one work making it a more convenient point of reference for the practitioner in this field.
