John Martin's previous work Commercial Traps: 50 Traps for the Unwary provided an often-praised clarity that enabled practitioners to focus quickly on the nitty-gritty of a problem without having to read background material. This new book extends that principle. The book focuses on a number of topics that commonly arise in the drafting and negotiating of a commercial lease.
