There is an analysis of the borderlines between sale of goods and allied contracts. such as hire purchase. hire. exchange and work and materials. the law of which is based on analogies drwn from sale of goods. of criminal liability and tortious liability. This third edition deals with new cases decided since 1995; with the Sale of Goods (Amendent) Act 1995 and with the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
