Commercial Leases: Tenants' Amendments provides commercial property lawyers with practical guidance on drafting and negotiating amendments to leases and lease agreements. It contains standard industry forms which help the lawyer, acting for the tenant, to insist upon certain amendments being made before reaching an agreement. The range of amendments can be wide, reflecting market changes, and therefore lawyers need to be aware of all of these when negotiating on behalf of the tenant.

The book sets out full precedents for both the agreement and the lease, and these are interspersed with commentary from the author.
