The Acts have been revised by amending and deleting sections in each of the individual Acts to take account of subsequent legislation. It is not an attempt at a full consolidation which would group together the sections relating to a particular topic. It is hoped that the legislation presented in this format will be of benefit to practitioners and students pending the completion by the Department of its consolidating legislation.
