It takes a logical, practical approach to the subject area and will include an introductory chapter placing administration in the context of the current rescue culture. The work will include changes to the law to be incorporated by four new Acts - the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, the Insolvency Act 2000 and the new Enterprise Act.
