This book celebrates the 10th anniversary of the adoption of Directive 2001/29/EC on copyright in the information society with an in-depth review of its implementation at the national level.
At the heart of the book are thought provoking contributions from local experts which explore in detail the ways in which the Directive has been implemented and applied in each of the 27 Member States.
