Corporate Governance is a general introduction for students,business people and academics new to the governance issues and problems that face UK companies today. It looks at 21st century corporate governance both in the UK and in foreign jurisdictions, examining governance from the point of view of directors, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders.
It complements standard company law textbooks currently used on undergraduate degrees by providing students with background knowledge of how company law in the UK is changing, and its implications for companies in the years to come.
