Leasehold Disputes is a practical guide for anyone likely to find themselves before, or considering making an application to, a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT). It also aims to equip leaseholders and their advisers with the necessary information on their rights, and the obligations of landlords, to resolve issues without resort to the tribunal system.

Since the first edition of Leasehold Disputes all the major reforms of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 have come into force and there has been a significant Lands Tribunal decision, Continental Property Ventures v White, that extensively increased both the scope of the LVT's jurisdiction and the range of arguments which are open to leaseholders to deploy.
