While there are numerous similarities among the four legal systems of the nordic countries, minor differences could have harmful and sometimes costly ramifications for a business operation in the region.;This volume deals with all the practical aspects relevant to formation, running and closing of operations, labour law, tax law and most other aspects of the legal environment.;The authors, lawyers from four law firms in the Nordic countries, have found it important to create a legal guide for business operations in the region.
