A Practitioner's Guide to Partnership and LLP Law and Regulation has been compiled by some of the leading figures in the country, including five of the current committee of the Association of Partnership Practitioners. It includes a discussion on the multi-disciplinary partnership debate by four of the Institutes that will be affected: the Law Society, the ICAEW, RIBA and the RICS, as well as detailed commentary on suitable reward and remuneration structures, the tax and accounting aspects of partnership law, risk management and insolvency.
