ICE Dispute Resolution Procedures

Four dispute resolution procedures from The ICE Dispute Resolution Panel, covering Arbitration, Adjuducation, Concilliation and Mediation, and Dispute boards.

This suite of procedures will update the existing procedures, bringing them up-to-date with the law, following legislative changes since the previous publication. These new procedures form a stand-alone suite of procedures that can be adopted under any standard form of contract or bespoke agreement.
