The site, which is updated daily, contains the full text of judgments, together with short headline notes, published in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and the EAT. This content is prepared by our experienced legal information editors and is free to view.

The full, searchable text of over 200 cases has already been published, providing the only free, consolidated and easy to use source of current employment cases.

Better still, for only £64 a year you can transform the time you have spent reading the latest decisions into fully accredited CPD. All you need to do is correctly answer the questions accompanying selected, key cases. This form of training ensures that your knowledge is reinforced and you can select cases of most interest to you.

We aim to publish at least 60 minutes worth of CPD questions every week so you can always be confident that you can keep up with your training requirements.

The only software you need to use Employment Cases Update is an internet browser. And of course there are no expensive travel costs, no wasted out of office hours and you can train whenever or wherever you have access to the internet – even on your mobile phone!
