This book reviews the most developed and controversial of all Community policies - the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The legal aspects of the policy are examined, from its inception to the changes agreed at the recent Berlin European Council. The book highlights the problems facing the policy as it seeks to evolve to meet the challenges of the coming years.
