AS/A2 Level Constitutional Law Textbook Revised ed

This textbook has been revised in the light of the restructure of the AS and A2 qualifications from September 2001. Developments covered in this edition include the inclusion of the European Convention on Human Rights into domestic legislation by the Human Rights Act 1998, the substantial reforms occuring in the House of Lords and the opening of parliaments in Scotland and Wales following devolution.
