The UNCITRAL Model Law on Secured Transactions will be adopted shortly. This book brings together presentations made by experts from various legal systems at an international conference held in Geneva in September 2014, devoted to the analysis of the draft Model Law as well as to other recent developments in the field of secured transactions.
