In this book, Paul Craig attempts two things. First he seeks to redefine the boundary between constitutional law and administrative law.
Second, and more significantly, he demonstrates that to achieve a real understnding of the role and significance of constitutional law and administrative law one is forced to examine the background political theory of the society in which the law operates.
